Cleverly designed to mimic traditional doorframe jumpers, the foldable, free-standing frame allows parents to move the Jumperoo with ease, keeping baby out of doorways and in the center of action. When it's time for a break, a convenient snack tray with a few simple toys sits beneath the easily removable electronic toy console. Should the snack end up in the seat, however, the cushion is machine-washable. This is a great exercise toy. My daughter loved it. It really made her quite strong. I like how wide the base is. It will not tip over, no matter how hard you bounce. You can clip toys to the tray toy(which you can remove entirely). Easy to clean. There are different size adjustments, we adjusted it once before she no longer needed it. She has outgrown it simply because she would rather crawl or walk around house. This price is higher than I paid, finding on craigslist!
Great Jumping Toy for Baby January 8, 2010

I bought this for my son when he was 5 1/2 months old and he used it almost everyday. We also have a jolly jumper that we use in a doorway that he uses as well. At 8 1/2 months he now stands unaided and can walk as long as he holds my hand. I'm sure that he'll be walking on his own in 9 months and I really give credit to his Jumperoo and jolly jumper. It's just my opinion but his motor skills seem more advanced then other babies his age and it could be from the jumpers.
Pros: easy to assemble and adjust, baby seems entertained and interested. Easy to disassemble and store (for the next baby).
Con: The Price is a little overboard however we got ours from a friend. It's also big and takes up a lot of space when assembled.

I got a jumperoo for one grandchild and it is now on its sencond use with another grandchild. The other daughter also has a new baby and wanted one for her child. That was second purchase. The first child jumped in it for hours until he was ready to try walking around things at about 10 months. The second granchild is now bouncing for hours in the thing. Everything still works just fine and the second child seems more interested in the tray toys but jumpiing is the real activity they all like. The second jumparoo I purchased for another daughter's child is just getting started in it's use as 3 month old Trevor is able to sit up and look around at his surroundings. He is starting to move it a little bit. It's the best money spent for grandchildren. Gives mom a break to fix dinner and clean upFisher-Price Deluxe Jumperoo
I had originally debated between this item and the baby swing. The jumparoo was the right choice.

I purchased this bouncer for my 5 month old son because I wanted to replicate the amount of fun my daughter had in her doorway bouncer when she was a baby (we live in a newer house now that has nowhere to hang the original jumper). I'll start with the things I liked...it was beyond easy to assemble, seems sturdy enough, you can move the legs to fit it through doorways although its so wide its still cumbersome to move, and the music has on/off and softer volume settings always a plus with baby toys! What disappointed me was it had different height settings to grow with baby but I had to set it on 3 for my son to start out, 4 is the maximum it can be raised, so he won't be in it long. I should mention I have a 90th percentile length baby but I wouldn't have felt safe putting him in it earlier. The biggest disappointment was it didn't come close to the amount of jumping the doorway version delivered. We have video of my daughter getting that jumper going till she could swing in it, 4 hops forward picked up her little feet and she'd swing back. The bounce in this one stalls as soon as baby's feet leave the floor and it "swings" a matter of inches. And I have to say do your research before paying the price this vendor has.
